Making a Purchase
Payment can be made by PayPal. Prices shown on our website constitute an invitation to treat and your order does not become a contract until we notify you by email of your delivery.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver most items within 3-5 days. All delivery times shown on the website are based on the best information we have at the time available, but this cannot be guaranteed. You will be sent a tracking number by email on the day we dispatch your order. Prices for delivery shown on the website apply only to mainland UK addresses.

Our Responsibilities to You
We can only be liable to you for losses that were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time you placed your order. We sell products for personal use in your home or garden and therefore cannot be liable for business losses such as loss of data, loss of income, or other loss of business. Our total liability to you in any case will not exceed the total price charged of your order. Unless specifically agreed by us to suit your needs, goods are not sold as fit for any particular purpose and all warranties, conditions and representations in relation to the goods, whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by UK and EEC legislation and regulations. The goods supplied under this agreement may consist of regulated chemicals and other materials or substances that are dangerous or hazardous.  It shall be your responsibility to observe any instructions for use supplied with the goods and you are advised to read section “ownership and risk” and ensure that you are able to comply before delivery of the goods. The goods may be affected by factors beyond our control, including force majeure events, storage, handling, use, environmental conditions or, where appropriate, the manufacture and/or mixing of the goods supplied.  Except to the extent caused solely by our negligence or wilful default, we accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct, consequential or anticipated) caused to or by the goods, howsoever arising, or for any difference in ingredients (or the proportion of ingredients) between the goods supplied and those advertised. Occasionally, we may offer you advice about our products and services. You agree that such advice is given in good faith and without any liability on our part. Our total liability in contract and in tort (including for negligence, breach of statutory duty or wilful default) arising in connection with this agreement shall at all times be limited to the price payable under this agreement. Nothing in this agreement shall operate to exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to this agreement.

Ownership and Risk
Risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to you on delivery and where you fail to take delivery of or collect the goods during the delivery period. Title to the goods shall remain with us until you have paid for all the goods in full together with VAT and any other sums due in respect of them. Following delivery and until title to the goods has passed to you, you shall: make all necessary arrangements for the safe handling and storage of the goods (which may include regulated harmful substances); and keep any unused goods in satisfactory condition and fully insured against all risks and, wherever reasonably possible (at no cost to us), store such goods separately from all other goods in your possession (whether belonging to you or to a third party) and label them or mark them in such a way that they remain readily identifiable as our property. Where your right to possession of the goods has terminated in accordance with section, you grant us an irrevocable licence (which shall not be affected by the appointment of a liquidator, receiver, administrative receiver, administrator, or manager) to enter premises on which the goods are stored at any time (on reasonable notice) to recover them (without notice). Where you have not paid for the goods within any agreed credit period and they become mixed with other like goods, you agree that we may (at our option and without prejudice to our right to demand or sue for payment) recover an equal quantity of like goods held by you.

Out of Stock Items and Busy periods
If we encounter any delays to your order or if the item you’ve ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know and provide you with an estimated delivery date. If we cannot provide you with an estimated delivery date, you will be offered a full refund. While we make every effort to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, sometimes we can get very busy, and some items will start to sell very fast. At these times our stock ordering and delivery services will be pushed to their maximum capabilities. To avoid disappointment please order your goods as early as possible. All of our orders require a signature upon delivery for your security. If you are unable to sign for it please arrange for it to be delivered where it can be signed for, such as a place of work, or with a neighbour. If you are happy for us to leave an item at your house unsigned for, we can do this for you, but in these cases we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to your order, and responsibility for the item lies with you once we leave it at your address.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will do our best to order it for you, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an item where we are at fault, we will reimburse your delivery charges. If you wish to return or exchange an item where we are not at fault, for example where you change your mind, you will be required to pay for return postage costs. Either way, you can opt to make arrangements for return yourself or we will arrange a collection by courier. This does not affect your statutory rights.
